Good location if cruising - chose this hotel mainly for this purpose and also a good deal price wise. We understand they have ongoing works in the property but some of the common areas need improving in cleanliness. Also, we stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. I do understand if this was hotel policy but we were not told this upon check in. We had requested a shuttle service to the port and this was well organised and good value.

Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Our suite did have a sink, fridge, and microwave. However, it lacked even a single spoon. Our first room was loud with plumbing noises from above floor , but staff was accommodating and able to move us to a quieter room. They also provided a refund when we had to leave early due to a weather emergency. Also, beautiful pool.

One of the worst hotel experiences! Slow check in, small poorly maintained older room in the back with noisy next door neighbors. No parking was an added insult which made us walk a long distance to room. Full size “queen” bed. Run…don’t just walk from this place!

Apparently, the resort is refurbishing. We had an unreferbished room. It was dates, noisy and dirty. The shower looked dirty and a view under the sink revealed dust bunnies and a general lack of care. The security card reader was missing, just wires handing out. The spaces between the door and the door jamb were large, letting in hall light and noise, lots of noise. Not the resorts fault, the people next to us were LOUD and with an adjoining door, sleep was impossible until well after midnight. I could not recommend this Resort.

The room itself wasn’t bad, but the key cards didn’t work, so we had to be let in by security. Once you were in the room, you basically couldn’t leave because you’d need security to let you back in again—it was a total fiasco. On top of that, we booked our cruise parking through the hotel, but when we showed up the next morning, our name wasn’t on the list. They had given us paperwork with someone else’s name on it.

Our floor was dirty and there was an empty water bottle still sitting next to the bathroom sink. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.
