The room was clean but the coffee was not a beverage to wake up to ! No pool or hottub on site like advertised , we had to walk two long blocks to the sister Hotel and then walk back with wet bathing suites ! NOT , The staff was good in the morning and helpful hints . The hotel was within walking distance of good food choices and parking was good .

Upon check in the lady behind the counter was rude and not very helpful. The hotel was run down and our room needed some definite updates. The clothing rack fell off when I hung up a jacket. The carpet had some stains and the room didn’t smell good. We purchased some room spray and it helped. It was only for one night so we made it work. We would not stay here again.

The person at the front desk has NO personality! Did not explain anything about the hotel and barely spoke with us. Another person told us he was new and shy. As a front desk attendant, someone needs to be a people person. Upon entering the room, on first appearance, it seemed nice; however, I always disinfect myself. On doing so the wipes showed quite a bit of dirt, as if the surfaces, door, light fixtures, and any touched areas had not been wiped down in quite a while. This was very disturbing. The air conditioner was rusted and chipping away and the bottom, and the furniture was warped from being in a flood. The tv remotes did not work properly and beds were very uncomfortable. It is NOT worth the money!
