"Lyric Hotel is a nice place to stay for a few days. The first night was great but the second night was not so great. The locals were present playing music extremely loud until the cops were called. Wasn’t able to sleep until after 12:30am due to the noise. Don’t understand why the staff didn’t address the situation until one of the guest complained."

"I recently stayed at Cotton House in Cleveland, MS, which is part of the Curio Collection. While the location is fantastic, nestled in the charming small town of Cleveland with a wonderfully slow pace and welcoming locals, my experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The front desk staff, including the night manager with dreads, were truly amazing and made a positive impression. However, I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Despite leaving a $10.00 tip on the first day, the room was not cleaned properly. Fingerprints remained on the bathroom doors, and it was clear that high and reachable places had been overlooked. This was downright embarrassing for a hotel of its caliber. Additionally, my dining experience at Staple, the on-site restaurant, fell short due to over-salted/sauced food. On the bright side, I appreciated the free parking, which was a blessing during my stay. Overall, Cotton House has potential, but they need to improve their cleaning standards and dining options to truly reflect the quality they aim to offer."

"The breakfast was fresh and they accommodated my husband's no pork diet. Housekeeping was awesome..Ms Debra was very helpful, very sweet and did a great job with cleaning the room and replenishing the towels. I would go back just to see her 😊"

"I was very disappointed in this facility. Money desperately need to be put in this property. I have stayed at this property before and it is now poorly maintained. This in the room was rusted and it need to be painted badly. The maid picked up our dirty towels in a shopping cart!! The neighbors next door was up all night with loud music and laughing and talking. We got no good sleep. Horrible experience"
