Dead bugs in bathroom towels was dirty nobody was at front desk breakfast was horrible they let anybody walk in to eat breakfast (streetwalker) smells like smoke in the non-smoker room.

The staff was awesome. There were dirty linen on the bed. Old food inside the microwave. Floor dirty. It is advertised with a swimming pool. There is no pool. This hotel needs renovation. Walls dirty. Furniture broken

I’ve have stayed at this location numerous times in the past and i always “overlooked” things because i thought they may have been remodeling… not the case. It has actually gotten worse and the building seems to be deteriorating each year. Grounds not clean, trash everywhere and rooms could stand some fresh paint. Sadly I think this is most of the hotels along that stretch of 82.

The pool wasn’t open. The hotel had rats. The tv didn’t work. The drains were stopped up and then when we checked out they tried to charge my card because their drains were stopped up and we had told them the drain wasn’t draining when we was there.

We didn't even stay. The room was nasty. The front desk offered to clean it but then decided to give us another room. Looked at that room and it was smelling of mold and mildew. Went back down to the front desk and asked them to cancel. They did cancel but I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if your coming into town from out of state.
