The Sonesta is one of my favorite stays in Chicago. It’s updated; the rooms are big and it is in a great spot for work and between the park and the river. When the rates are good it is my go to.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta. The location is perfect and the views from our room were breathtaking. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!! Kass checked us in, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience while visiting this beautiful city. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! The hotel was really nice but the shower was really small and valet parking was $200 for the two nights that I stayed there which is actually very pricey for me. However, considering the area, I imagine that is normal pricing.
