Very clean and convenient hotel. The room as very small though, no place to sit besides the beds, hardly any room to walk. I paid for 3 people, they should have given me a room that reflected that extra payment

Hotel was very central to a lot of things. Allowed us to have early check in. Didn’t get a chance to try it but the restaurant attached looked nice and had good reviews.

Property was available for last minute booking and conveniently located downtown near Magnificent Mile parking. Valet service was quick. Expensive, but quick. Very clean. Very small. Elevator only holds 5 people, less if you have luggage. The room was very small and bathroom smaller! Although I think we may have been in one of the larger rooms! There is an unusually large amount of space between the bottom of the room door and the floor. After a certain time of night no one was available at the front desk for assistance or valet. Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks! Overall, it was a good stay.

Clean room, but too small for the price, & no parking lot. You have to pay 72$ for a valet, I know they bring your up to you & all that but really , no breskfast ( just coffee is not a meal); & no dining room to set down & talk before you check out.

We loved the location. The staff was great. We valet parked & told the valet we needed to leave early. When we came down to check out, our car was already in front of the hotel waiting for us. It was the perfect little get-away. Close to everything.

The pictures of the hotel do not tell the story. The rooms are small. The bed takes up the r tire room. The bathrooms are small. No chairs to sit in. The elevators only hold 5ppl max. The restaurant was the only true accuracy in the pictures. I will never stay again. Definitely gave me red roof in vibes.
