Great stay, perfect for our group of 6, everyone had there own room! Necessities right around the corner if needed Cermack rd a few feet away, gets you about everywhere! We wanted a real life Chicago experience, and it was great. Owner very responsive! Permit on street parking pretty accessible most times. Definitely will stay again!

You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. The place was very clean but we had issues with some of the outlets not working, no pots and pan in the kitchen, arcade games not working and a jammed bedroom door that was difficult to open and close. We were also concerned with the neighborhood but felt safe and did not witness any crime or violence. It's a fine place to stay if you won't be spending much time in the home
