Room was very nice, the double queen room was spacious and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed several nights and the only downside is no microwave in the room. We tend to have leftovers often from places we eat and occasionally like to save money eating out but overall still a wonderful place to stay

This place is great! I was here with my two young daughters, after a cancelled flight. We didn’t have too much time in Chicago, but felt it was a good base for us to get a taste of the city! I recently stayed at the L7 by Lotte Hotel and let me just say… the service was NEXT LEVEL. From the moment we checked in, every single front desk member was friendly, helpful, and just genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel at home. I have to give a huge shoutout to the bellman because he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take time out of his day to bring my daughter a cupcake for her birthday, but he also remembered her and asked how her trip was every time he saw her. That small moment made her feel so seen and so special on her sixth birthday, and as a mom I’ll never forget that. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is what really makes the stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back! 🩷✨
