Great location. I’d skip this hotel for the price. Air broken, room not as described and $75 fee for late check out despite requesting upon booking many months ago. Difficult to get front desk to respond to requests for basics like towels, etc.

Good - Location of the property was excellent, walkable to all main attractions. Not so good - No refreshing hand towel on arrival, no snacks at the Krave station most days, staff wouldn’t let us borrow a second umbrella when we went out in heavy rain, room exceptionally noisy even though we requested a quiet room. All in all, this is a mid-range hotel whose website badges itself as luxury. Go for the location, but don’t expect luxury…

The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful! The area in general was conveniently located where we could walk everywhere we wanted to go including the Magnificent Mile. Our room was very clean, they had a decent sized gym area, and it was, for the most part, quiet.

We came to Chicago to attend the FABTECH trade show. I stayed at L7 Chicago by LOTTE with my daughter and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Ebony and Jason went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the doormen team — Vincent and Antonio — were always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our suite on the 12th floor was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city that made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and spotless, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common spaces. The location was also ideal for exploring Chicago. Thanks to the amazing team at L7 Chicago by LOTTE, our trip to Chicago felt extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and my daughter and I are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️
