Disappointing

The location & size of room was great. We had the king suite river view. They supply a tea kettle with no tea. I answered a pre-stay survey saying we were celebrating a birthday & no one even said happy birthday. The front desk was not friendly & my requests (yoga mat & microwave) at check in were ignored. I had to ask 3 times for the microwave & when they finally brought one, they wanted to move the coffee table to use that or suggested putting it on the ottoman, the window seat, or a luggage rack!!! I got an apology, finally, on the 4th call but was treated abruptly & never heard from management. After the first day I adjusted my expectations to expect no service. I would choose this place for the location at a good price only.

Wonderful location, nice decor and comfortable lobby area for relaxing. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, Perilla for a unique experience. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you’re looking for something different than the typical chain hotels.
