Shabby and expensive

Disappointed with the fascade of service but no service. Everything is in poor condition old and not upgraded. The tub was so slippery that we needed to find a rubber mat for safety. To calls lended nothing and finally they brought us some towels. Not what we asked for. Plenty of rooms available yet we were told that to get two double beds was an "upgrade' and cost more$. Every time we use the convenience store the first screen was asking for a tip even before showing us the cost of our items. The bathroom door paint was peeling off and falling onto the floor.
