Damage Waiver
For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $65 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $750 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
