It was a nice property. It's a bit older maybe outdated but you can tell they take care of it. The staff was amazing. They definitely need another valet, only having one person to work at a time is crazy.

When we got there the first night this is systems were down. The man who escorted us to a room was extremely friendly and helpful. By the time we got back to her room later that evening the system was up and running and we were able to get our hotel key cards. My only issue as I was a little disappointed in the room. It was a little smaller than what the pictures make it look like. And the carpets we're dingy and stained. I would stay again as long as the carpets are cleaned

This was a great place to say. The room was spacious, nice, and clean. There was both hotel valet parking and valet parking next door. The hotel was conveniently located for shopping along Michigan avenue, small restaurants on side streets, and a Starbucks. Since the area included Northwestern University and hospitals, it was safe. I hope to stay at Warwick Allerton again.

A good value given the excellent location. Clean, safe, and comfortable sleeping. Rooms were small, and the lack of counter space in the bathroom was annoying. Parking ($72/ day) changes the value equation, but was consistent with other nearby hotels. Prices in small cafe were excessive ($6 for a bottle of water).
