We had a nice simple room on the third floor. The clerk at the desk upgraded our dining to include our daughter in the free breakfast. The pool was nice and well kept. There was a fun Japanese grocery down the road as well and we hit them up everyday. A good stay overall

The wallpaper in my room was raveling, room smelled as though someone had smoked in there, two outer doors broken on the building? Peeling paint above the shower, numerous light bulbs burned out, remote batteries not working in the living room area

The beds were the best, check in flaw less ,a very attentive staff, great location, excellent price, amenities perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel while in the Schaumburg/ Woodfield mall area. Good job!

One of the comforters was clearly not cleaned for a long while - stains on it (blood?). The bathroom had patches of mould in the wall and the last night there the vanity light stopped working. But the pool was nice, pretty clean and well stocked with towels. The shower had amazing pressure, there was no hotel funk to speak of and the staff were all prompt and courteous.
