Let me first say their customer service was EXCELLENT‼️ The issue is that the pictures shown online did not seem to be that particular hotel. They picked me up from the airport in the hotel shuttle saving me $50. They kept in contact with me while I was at the airport by txt. My issue is the hotel was not as new and as clean as I expected it to be. Maybe I am just too picky as I do like to stay in newly built hotels. I can tell they were trying to upgrade some things but the hotel itself was just old in general. My biggest issue was it seemed that my sheets were not changed prior to my visit as there was makeup and eyeliner on my pillows. (I actually had brought my own sheets and pillow cases just in case this happened) They offered free breakfast and a shuttle back to the airport the next day. There customer service and friendly staff is what kept me at the hotel the one night I was there!

I kept getting calls and text from the hotel asking me what time I was I'm going to check in and Threatening to cancel my reservations. I called the hotel to let them know exactly what time I was going to check in and they kept calling. The hotel was a little outdated.
