My queen size bed was extremely bent out of shape. The mattress was uncomfortable!! The bathroom was loosing painting chips. Other than that the staff was really nice!!!

They cancelled our reservation without notifying us, charged a cancellation fee of $70, and gave our room to someone else while we were on the way to the motel from out of state. When we arrived at the motel at 8:30pm to check in, they refused to honor the original reservation because it was cancelled. They said they cancelled it because we did not show up by 6pm (even though check in window is 3pm-3am per Expedia) The only option they gave us was to book a different room and pay extra because it was last minute. The room had no refrigerator, the beds were uncomfortable, and the cleaning staff did not come once in the 3 days we were there. We will not be staying here again 👎

The property was easy to get to from Ohare but very drivable for anything. I wanted to see in the area. It was clean and clearly taken care of, the room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very nice!
