I had a very disappointing stay at this Hyatt. My room was not properly cleaned, and the staff I interacted with were rude and unprofessional. The breakfast area was also poorly maintained and did not feel clean. What really concerned me was something I personally overheard while in the breakfast area. Two female staff members (Eastern European, based on language/accent) were speaking negatively about some of the Hispanic employees. The tone was demeaning and disrespectful. As a guest, it was uncomfortable to hear staff talk about their coworkers like that, especially in a way that came across as discriminatory. No one should be spoken about that way at work. It reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect behind the scenes. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because it absolutely affected how I experienced the hotel. I would not stay here again.
