"Pros:The location is unbeatable for price and super close to Ryogoku Station, right next to a 7-Eleven, and surrounded by great food options. We also had a beautiful view of the Sumida River. The room itself was clean and comfortable. A huge shout out to housekeeping, who was on it! They provided fresh towels, robes, and amenities every day. I loved the water station on our floor to fill up before heading out for the day. There was also a Lawson onsite in case you needed a snack after a long day out. Cons: There are a few minor downsides to be aware of. The rooms do not have a lot of space for luggage (space under your bed), and the bathroom is about the size of a cruise ship bathroom with a frosted glass bathroom door (can hang a robe on the door if you want more privacy). Additionally, the elevators were a major challenge during peak check-in and check-out times. It was often difficult to get down to the 1st floor to start our day, and the elevators were also tricky to use when heading to the basement to use the laundry facilities."
