"Easy to get to from Airport. Hotel room is a good size and clean. They even let me push the airport trolley to my room which makes checkout so much easier as I don’t need to carry multiple luggage’s! Highly recommended if you have an early flight to catch. Makes the journey so much easier "

"Room walls are dirty. Old furniture. Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load. Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy. Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby. All in all not a great experience "

"The hotel was visually stunning and very large. Within the lobby you could easily access the 7/11 convenience store, restaurants, a lovely bar with live piano music and the aurora sky bar. The hotel was located right next to the tunnel entrance to walk easily to shinjuku station (which took about 10 minutes to walk through). We got the cheapest room which was very spacious and the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and return here."
