This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.
