Also impossible to arrive their , instructions are no convenient , I drove over 30 minutes more to find my way to the hotel. Nobody at the reception they just sent instructions very Impersonal , no food discount no room upgrade. They gave me a wrong room I opened there was someone else I was about of living the place and ask for a full reimburse. This hotel lies everything I don’t recommend it at all

Upon arrival I was placed in a room a random room by staff, not knowing I had to download WhatsApp to actually find my exact room. The only good thing from this hotel is that the staff was pleasant but maybe because I couldn’t understand their language. The Tv is slow, remote backs are broken, and wifi is extremely slow! Sheets were stained and hair on sheets. I had noisy neighbors who were also smoking cigarettes after I saw a sign that said no smoking. It’s a nice hotel, it’s just very outdated. I would never stay here again due to my phone not working and the food is horrible! The only perk is it’s close to the airport. The transportation driver said it’s a unsafe neighborhood and tourists should’nt be in this area. We couldn’t even do excursions because it’s not in a hotel zone. It was our first time coming here so next time I will do something more better. Book at your own risk!

Check-In process was very easy as everything was done through WhatsApp. Room was clean and had a great view of the backyard pool. The food available at the restaurant downstairs was some of the best we had in Cancun. Exceptional service!

Room was ok. Wife was terrified by how we had to get into parking lot and room as there is no one there at night so you have to do it yourself. All the lights where off when we got there so we had to use our phones also as soon as we got into the room we had to turn on the A/C cuase the room was like a steam room about 10 minutes went by and the power went out for about 5 minutes cane back on for like 5 minutes and then went out again. I liked the hotel just the location at night is not the best and having to get off your car to go into the parking is not great either over all it was fine

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and stopped working while I was in an important meeting. Tha manager seemed like a nice guy and tried to be helpful but this was too barebones for me. I would not stay again unless I was taking off the next day from the Cancún airport- which is close by.

I never had a moment of privacy. The window did not have a curtain. They invested in automation, but it proved ineffective when certain details were overlooked, such as the improvement of furniture. For example, the doors were noisy, and the access roads were unpaved.
