Expedia doesn’t tell you upfront that this is a time share resort. They have it written in small type somewhere. Because it’s a time share, they make you switch rooms half way through your stay to make space for time share holders. Also, given that it’s a timeshare, be sure to keep tracking every single cup/utensils/plate in the kitchen. They will charge you for them (even if the maid took them with the room service order). The rooms are dated. There wasn’t much variety to food. We paid for the all inclusive options and every where we went, there was a surcharge for anything more than the basic meal. (Which is NOT the case at other all inclusive resorts). They take your physical room key for everything. Overall, it was ok. Feel let down by Expedia and disappointed by this “all inclusive” resort. Felt partially inclusive. Will not be returning here.

There is just one restaurant you can eat and one bar.You have to stuck that one or do room service with an hour wait time again. Drinks taste kids cough syrup even no good margarita.Hard to believe but yes horrible margarita. They try to sell other alcohols. So they sell good drinks and it is $20 bucks. It is very limited and wait time. Also no entertainment and even no bar you can hangout after dinner unless you don't want to do kids karaoke.Trust me it doesn't even a one star hotel and waste of money.

Best all inclusive I’ve been to. Great buffet. Only downside was having to make reservations at the restaurants the day of but staff were accommodating. All around great stay and I plan on returning. Angel and the rest of the staff made our trip incredible.

What stood out for me was that they seemed very glad that we were there, even though they were very busy and they were able to treat us like individuals. One of the concierge staff walked us to our room the first day and went over the map of the property and the ways to find things and make sure we had reservations for some special dinners And show of Caribbean music. There was children’s karaoke one night in the bar before the adults started their evening at it was amazing; I thought the property was very welcoming to families, and there were lots of things for kids to do throughout the place.

The room was very clean and they kept it stocked with the bottled water and beverages that we requested. The housekeeper was available and very friendly and made sure that she asked about any special instructions each day. The food was remarkable, especially the Thanksgiving day buffet, which really surprise me with how good it was. Everyone in the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and had a wonderful time.

First time to Mexico for my family of 4 and it was a great trip! We did the all inclusive and the restaurants did not disappoint! The beach was beautiful with stunning blue water. The pools were great with swim up bars. Pool deck activities that were fun for my entire family! Staff were as always friendly and helpful.

The resort is prestigiously clean! I’ve been to many Cancun resorts and this is the cleanest of all. Even the public areas and restrooms are sparkly clean. The food is decent for the resort’s size and the entertainment is fascinating. We had the one bedroom suite with direct walkout to the pool. It is the best view and most convenient access. The room service was effective and served to perfection. They would tell you how long the wait is and never once late. The maids cleaned our dishes and utensils every day too. One downside is that the dinners do get booked out quickly and the buffet can get crowded with some wait time. Nonetheless, all the staff was friendly and the bartender by the pool remembered my drink after the first day. Well maintained resort with well trained crew!
