The Space:
This penthouse spans 3 levels connected by interior staircases. Please note the bedrooms do not have doors, so it is an open-concept layout best enjoyed by families or groups traveling together.

- Level 2: bedroom with a king bed, a seating area, and a loft nook; a guest bathroom
- Level 3: bedroom with a king bed and a queen bed
Sleeps 7 guests across 3 bedrooms (1 single, 2 king, 1 queen). The condominium offers a beautiful shared pool with ocean views and direct access to one of the best beaches in Cancun, where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The living room has a smart TV with Roku for streaming.
Important: the home has multiple staircases. Please keep this in mind if traveling with young children, elderly guests, or anyone with limited mobility.
Guest Access:
Self check-in. We provide a private access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not have permanent staff on site, but our team is available by chat at any time for anything you need during your stay.

You are in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone (km 19.5). Directly across from the building you will find a mini-market and Navios Restaurant.
Kukulcan Avenue, the main boulevard, is a vibrant commercial and tourist hub with everything from designer shops to water activities, restaurants, bars, and shopping malls. It is the ideal base to experience the luxury and natural beauty of the Mexican Caribbean.

Public buses run frequently along Kukulcan Avenue, an easy and affordable way to explore; the nearest bus stop is just steps away. If you are driving, we offer secure parking on the premises.
Other Things to Note:
Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, as well as signature of the condominium regulations. This authorizes building access and helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
This is a family condominium; parties and loud noise late at night are not allowed.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders, and occasionally scorpions). We care deeply for the environment, so please respect them and avoid leaving food out in the open.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21C.
