The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was not very helpful. The room comes with 1 Nespresso coffee capsule for 2 people and when I asked for an additional coffee they told me that it's one per room. Ridiculous in my opinion. This hotel was surprisingly beautiful. I wasn’t expecting it to be so luxurious. I had a junior suite, and I must say, I was very comfortable. The lighting, air, bedding, and everything else was top-notch. The service was incredibly simple and efficient. I appreciate the entire team for getting me into my room so quickly last minute while I was waiting for my flight. I was greeted with a delicious drink, and I think his name is Jose or Pedro. I also want to thank the front desk team for their excellent service.
And this is the restroom a Jack and Jill with a large walk-in shower, beautiful
