On Hotels.com it states parking is free. Not true. They gave us the wrong room keys, the bellman used his universal keys to get us in, someone had their luggage in there. :-( it was someone else's room. Bad! We could not use handicap parking, cone in the way, we could not have access to pool towels, unless trade in ID at the front desk. Very inconvenient in a dripping wet bathing suit. Bad. unrepaired ceiling in hallway from rain damage

La atención de recepción y maletas espectacular , enseguida ayudando y haciendo todo mejor posible . El aire tenía un ruido constante , me imagino que quizás algo técnico o un poco sueltas las ventanitas y las toallas oscuras y viejas pero eso se puede arreglar .todo está en que algún supervisor se dé cuenta de esos detalles que buscan ciertas personas . A favor … Acceso a caminar bueno , restaurantes y bares al rededor 3 minutos del puerto de Cancún Cerca de la zona hotelera Ellos tienen un club marina en la zona hotelera que es gratis si estás hospedado aquí se puede aprovechar Si se descansa porque no se siente ruido afuera.
