On arrival I was told that the property was going to renovate the rooftop. I asked for compensation and they said they would get back to me and they never did.

They renovated the rooftop without informing guests. Construction was noisy and the pool, restaurant, and rooftop were closed osed. Fortunately, the gym was open but they still have not repaired the touchscreen on their bike which I requested in December.

Clean hotel, nice lobby, nice pool area and bar. Safe with Security, underground parking, pretty easily accessible to some good restaurants, some WAY overpriced so watch for tourist traps. It shouldn't cost $45 for a breakfast toast with a couple eggs and a juice.. The options are confusing at the hotel, no one speaks English.
On the way to Karaoke Bar, good Taco's! Main Strip, beside Hotel.

Many problems, the shower had no hot water, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the AC would only turn off at the electrical board, the breakfast the first morning was terrible, our room was cleaned while we were at the beach but they didn’t leave us towels for 3 hours so we couldn’t shower, the door to the balcony didn’t lock and the safe was faulty. We had a room on the 4th floor and weren’t informed that there was a noisy bar above us which was a nightmare on our first night They did move us to another room after a written complaint and twice to the reception.

It was great! I stayed 4 nights then extended it to 5 and they gave a better room for my additional stay. It's so close the bus station ADO and there are several food options around if you walk to Palapas Park. The staff was cool and the place very neat, internet is amazing everywhere. There is a Starbucks on 1st floor, a restaurant and a bar, the rooftop is very cool if you are using the pool at night as it has a night club with live music. They stored my luggage after my check out for free. Definitely will come back.
