Not coming back, I had to pay extra for another hotel cause the room had a big mould smell. Bed sheets were dirty, I kindly asked the staff to change them but, they put new ones that were dirty as well.
I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers.
False advertisement on Expedia showing a nice and clean hotel...boy were we in for a surprise! After one night we had to leave and call it a loss (already paid for 3 nights) I would not recommend. They said they would give us a refund and it would take 72 house - that timeframe has come and gone. Not expecting it.

Nothing was unique,its on a kinda gated community.Only its a summary check not because im speaking hypotheticallly, On Saturday evening 9-30pm, there was a shooting about 400 feet from my room.Thre facts are what they are its off the beaten path, the closest Beach is 4-5km, all ana all the staff was friendly, and you also have to download WhatsApp for Wi-Fi.All and all it was quiet, and the staff were friendly

If you dont like to walk or don't have transportation, it will be hard to move around. Luckily we had Uber available. Much better than local taxi's. Property needs lots of upgrades. Staff not so friendly, at least not with us, kitchen for breakfast is limited as well. If you're in a rush, yoi cant eat there.
The Receptionist team ! Is amazing always ready to help ! Always with a Smile . Make my stance always Fantastic and Fun also the housekeeping are super great at their Job for all that Thank you !!! See you Next !!

the property looked very old nothing updated rooms did not look like pic only two towels for bath given nothing else as for new ones when they cleaned they left same towel we had just asked for and used instead of replacing pool super small paid for a night i didnt stay due to flight cancellation
This property is a disrepair. There seems to be mold on the buildings. My door of my room would not lock so I couldn’t leave the hotel because my belongings were not secure. They were able to repair the door but it was too late for me to go anywhere. My room had unfinished drywall and I didn’t have any towels in my room. When they delivered a towel it had holes in it. The worst hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was professional and kind, it’s not their fault.
Ypu obviously have NOT had any travel representative inspect the property or investigate the condition of said property! Apparently, there are squatters occupying the property. I would like a refund! I can be more specific and will be on the internet!
The whole staff was unfriendly. It seems they are used to deal with unhappy customers. They did not accept credit or debit card, cash only. The parking lot is a real dumpster, and worst of all, very noisy until late night.
