The hotel is really nice and cozy to stay in. The buffets (there are two) are very small for so many people since it has 700 rooms. The spa is located in another hotel that they transport you to once booked, which makes it a bit inconvenient. The real disappointment comes when trying to leave the hotel. The taxi prices are ridiculous, and you can only use their taxis to allow you to come and go. They offer two apps for finding cheaper options, but they never worked for me. The transportation is designed to use the taxis they provide. I recommend it for a permanent stay, but if your goal is to go out on your own, it’s definitely not recommended, as it’s very far from everything.

Hotel was comfortable but they did not cut on the hot tubs for the final three days of my trip. The house keeping department never left the appropriate amount of towels we had to call every day for towels. Other wise it was a great place to visit. Good staff and surroundings

Had gotten a room upgrade with a plunge pool and couldn’t enjoy that because the water levels were so low. The staff wasn’t as friendly during the interactions. The shower in the room flooded and water got everywhere in the room. The drain was fixed but the water everywhere and the wet towels weren’t picked up. The food was not great either. We walked next door to Waldorf Astoria and ate some of the best meals of my life. Next time I will just go there where the staff is pleasant and the food is wonderful.

I booked through Expedia The Hilton resort says we have not confirmation. Expedia says we have confirmation which the hilton resort make me wait with kids on the main gate for 45 minutes,and the reception was so unhelpful,in the end Expedia moved us in the other resort.

Was a great experience overall. Staff were great and accommodating. Was very nice and clean. Only thing I would say is that after checkout they charge a large fee to stay on the premises
