We stayed at the Hilton Cancun as a family of six, including two young kids and grandparents in their late seventies, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with special praise for the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. Every meal felt high quality, with so many great options for all ages. The kids’ corner was the highlight for my four and six year old. The caretakers were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. They greeted my kids by name, made them feel completely at home, and even sent them off with the sweetest parting gifts. My children felt so special and begged to go back every morning. We also loved the pool. There were plenty of organized games and activities, the atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the poolside snacks were a hit, especially the chips and guacamole and the margaritas. The beach area is a bit smaller than expected, but it was exactly what we needed since most of our time was spent at the pool anyway. We would absolutely return. My kids are already asking when we can go back, which says everything.

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal excelente! Pero en nuestra estancia llegaron varios grupos muy grandes de personas de esos que mandan las empresas y el ambiente se volvió muy desagradable. Pregunten antes de reservar si esperan grupos porque este hotel se especializa en esto.

The hotel was perfect! The room exceeded my expectations. So nice and clean! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful!! The birthday balloon set up was amazing. The food was good and they served top quality alcohol. Not the cheap stuff! The only downside was that the beach wasn’t clear waters. It was brown. So didn’t get to enjoy that.

Great hotel if you’re planning on staying on property the whole time. It’s not walkable. They offer activities throughout the day which keeps you busy, but everything shuts down by 10pm or so. They don’t have a club or anywhere to dance at night. Food was a hit or miss. Make sure to get reservations for dinner as soon as you check in. And ask your servers for food recommendations.
