Andrea's Villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a dining room that seats 12, a breakfast bar, chairs and a table on the terrace, a common area and TV room, and access to 2 swimming pools and 1 tennis court. Andrea’s Villa is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, across from Cancún’s top restaurants, and just a few minutes from the best shopping centers, beautiful marinas, and the “Party Center Cancún.”<br><br>The villa is elegant, beautiful, and quite spacious, decorated with silver bathroom fixtures, love, and good taste. It features 4 bedrooms, which are laid out as follows:<br><br>1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, full bathroom, and terrace.<br>2. Bedroom: 2 double beds, armchair, full bathroom, and balcony.<br>3. Bedroom: 2 double beds and a full bathroom.<br>4. You’ll also have easy access to the best restaurants serving Mexican, Italian, Argentine, Greek, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine, among others, as well as supermarkets and shopping centers for your shopping needs. There are several marinas in the area, and if you’d like information on yacht rentals, excursions, and more, we can provide it. The bus stop is right on the corner of the villas, just a 2-minute walk from the villa’s entrance. The area with bars, nightclubs, and beach clubs is also within easy reach of the villa, just a few minutes by bus from our location.<br><br>The villa is located in an exclusive residential complex in the hotel zone in the heart of Cancún, just 10 minutes from the nightlife district and 5 minutes from two of the best shopping malls in Cancún.
