The room was spacious and very clean, the water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast in the morning was above and beyond! To have a gigantic buffet like that included in the low price exceeded our expectations and the service during breakfast was phenomenal. The location downtown was perfect for our needs . The hotel and grounds were a true classic Mexico experience and we would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel near ADO. It shows a bit of wear and tear. Breakfast is solid but any other meal was not worth noting. English speakers are not in abundance but it worked out fine. A gift shop there was never open the entire week. I was there for dental work so it was fine. I think it would be great as a place to plan day tours rather than as a place just to stay and play.

I didn't use the airport shuttle and the taxi guys at the airport gouged me mercilessly. Use the shuttle and save yourself AU$100 one way. Better still get an Uber and save AU$145 one way. The Hacienda is Spanish quaint. great for families and excellent location.
