When we arrived there around noon the room wasn’t ready and people weren’t too nice to helping us out. There were no AC and we had to wait for a while. Even after 2pm, no body came to take us in so we had to go bother them again and they gave us a key. The resort is beautiful and the pictures come out so good. The pool and the beach were also great! Beach was closed around 6pm. They had life guards whole day for the beach. We got the 60mins body massage and it was very decent. They didn’t go too hard on us so it’s very relaxing. They had discount when you book walk in. We didn’t go outside of the resort for 2days and had food at the resort all 2 days. No outside food at all. They were cost about $40 per meal for 2 people. Food was decent. We tried all 3 restaurants. Overall, the room was good and we were able to relax well but for the food, we would like to try different resort next time.

The room is clean, staffs are friendly. Views are fantastic. It is a great place to escape from a busy world. Recommend go with your significant other because I don’t think it worth the money if you go with friends.

Loved this place

We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. Veganism has barely reached Vietnam, however the chef was able to accommodate our needs, albeit on a limited selection. They clearly prioritised customer service which showed. We were particularly impressed with Hưng, Guest Experience Manager and Thiên Trường, F&B Supervisor for taking very good care of us. Thank you and to all your colleagues who always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a spectacular seaview. The resort is some distance from town, however they provided a free of charge twice daily shuttle bus service. We highly recommend this resort if you want to be at one with nature and enjoy excellent customer service. Thank you to Cindy the Manager who warmly greeted us during our stay. Van Anh & David

My recent stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, making us feel incredibly welcome. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the room. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, and the room was nothing short of amazing. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts one could wish for. While the food quality was good, it wasn’t the best we encountered on our trip. Having stayed in Nha Trang previously, we found that the restaurants there offered amazing quality food at much cheaper prices compared to the hotel’s menu. Additionally, our previous hotel had a more varied breakfast buffet, which we found lacking at this resort.
