완벽한 휴양 시설이었습니다. 다만 f&b는 아쉬웠습니다. 이용할 레스토랑이 두군데 밖에 없었다는 점과 베트남 현지식을 즐기고픈 마음이 있었는데 조식과 룸서비스로만 가능해서 아쉬웠습니다. 다음엔 개선되었길 바랍니다.

26/5월에 3박 트윈룸에서 숙박한 후기입니다. 아직도 뭔가 서비스가 체계가 없는거 같아요 수영장에서 방으로 돌아가려고 버기부르면 세월아 네월아 안오고 로비에서 꼭 누굴 태워야 오더라구요 항상 2-30분씩 기다렸어요.. 누락돼서 다시 부른적도 있고 직원이 대기장소를 잘못알려줘서 엉뚱한곳에서 한참을 기다린적도 있습니다. 아기 음식 전자렌지에 데워달라고 요청하고 한시간 가까이 기다려야 했구요;; 메이컵룸 누르고 나가도 청소도 안되어 있기도 하고 방해금지 눌러놔도 청소하시는 분들이 무턱대고 문열고 들어오거나 벨을 누르거나 해서 아기가 자다가 깬 적도 두어번 있어요. 장점은 조식이 맛있고 로비쪽 직원분들은 매우 친절해요. 로비에서 버기 태워주시던 남자직원분 너무너무 친절하셨는데 성함을 잊어버렸네요.. 감사했습니다! 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요! 인피니티풀이 너무너무 좋았습니다 :) 그리고 seafood 레스토랑 직원분들도 친절하셨어서 좋은 기억으로 남았네요! 키즈클럽도 놀거리가 많은건 아니지만 있다는걸로도 좋았구요 직원분들도 아기랑 종종 놀아주시기도 하고 친절하셨어요. 위치는 공항에서 15분 정도 걸렸고 시내는 45분 정도 걸렸어요! 저희는 3박 중에 시내 1번 다녀왔고 내내 호텔에 있었어요. 아 그리고 보안 때문에 그랩으로 배달시키면 버기타고 3분 거리에 완전 주차장 입구? 같은 곳으로 내려가야해요. 로비에서 받을 수 없어서 불편했어요. 돌이켜보니 좋았던 기억이지만 여러모로 답답하고 아쉬운 점이 많았어서 다음 나트랑 여행 땐 다른 리조트로 갈 거 같아요.
