2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Everything was terrible. The towels, bed sheets, and linens were not properly cleaned. There was a strong musty smell, and the room was damp and dusty everywhere. I even found ants crawling on the bed. I asked the front desk if I could pay extra to upgrade to a better room, but the replacement room was just as bad. The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable, and this was a very disappointing experience.
