Tried all weekend to find something that would make the trip worth it but couldn’t. This entire resort is a giant disappointment. Terrible staff attitude and neglectful treatment, facilities in disrepair, misleading advertising, wildly overpriced amenities… the list goes on…. We would never stay here again. Not even for free.

The staff was great. The room was not . Beds were uncomfortable , the pillows were flatter than a tortilla . I did request additional pillows and even those were terrible . The bathroom was dirty . This whole place needs to be updated and cleaned throughout. The room had a dirty smell. I definitely will not be booking here again.

The pillows smelled like a sweaty old man. They replaced them right away & offered me a new room. Omg do not buy any drinks in the gift sho0. $7.49 for a 16.9oz bottle of soda. They have no prices on anything. It cost me more for 2 bottles of soda then it cost for my room. Very sad. Food & service in the cafe were good. Was a fast get away with my son.

Room was clean but bathroom was terrible. It’s so old hard to clean. We stay 2 days and had 2 baby bottles of water and 2 coffee for 2 people. I went to get a couple of water from the bar and the bar tender said they are $4.00 each. I only had my room key so couldn’t purchase them. I told him I only had my room key and he said sorry can’t help you. It was very poor service.

Upon arrival you can tell the gentleman was having a bad day. I tried making fiendly conversation and only got single word responses back and that drowned out "I have to do my job" tone. I was originally given a smoking room since I wanted a King bed. I couldnt do it, the smoke smell was so bad, the room wasnt clean and just a yucky feeling. So I asked to just switch to a non smoking room which where all 2 queens. I found out then that the gentlemen who checked us in was a supervisor! Yikes. But he did give the ok for me to move to a non smoking room since I didnt touch anything in the smoking room. This room definitely smelt better but still pretty dirty.
