"My stay at Embassy suites was nice. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and accommodating. The young lady was glad to assist with any questions or needs that we had. The room that we stayed in was supposed to be for handicapped people; however, there were several issues. First, the handicap accessible room was located the furthest away from the elevators. All handicap rooms need to be located nearest to the elevators so that guests don’t have to walk the length of the hotel or push/ roll their wheelchair that far. Next the only actual handicap accommodations was the bars located near the toilet and the roll in /walk-in shower. Finally the free breakfast was only available from 6 to 9. Timing needs to be extended for at least another hour or two."

"Nice staff, spacious room, breakfast was good. Only concern was that my room did not have a functioning door latch - apparently other rooms do. Make sure you check it when you first go in your room."
