"Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. My problem was when I checked in I was told of a $100 security deposit for each night I was staying that I did not know about ahead of time. Returned if no problems. I also was informed of a $28 a day parking fee when on the website it stated free parking. The $28 came out of the security deposit. "

"This is a beautiful property from the outside but the staff were rude and dismissive. My room had a shower leak, WiFi dropped multiple times over 3 days and the tv didn’t work beyond one channel. I asked the staff multiple times for assistance and was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Parking prices were high and food was very expensive and very poor quality. "

"The room's bathroom shower wouldn't drain and the water backed up into the bath and black filth was at your feet. There were prostitutes and one asked me to follow her to her 2nd floor room! Would never book there again. "

"Overall the property was okay . Our room was dirty. Stains on the carpet, the chairs and the headboard were in poor condition. I would not stay here again . "
