"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. So that was a nice way to say sorry for the not so great sleep. We only live an hour away from this hotel, but stayed so we could enjoy a night out. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 ish minutes and walk back. So a nice central location. Next time, this time of year, I will bring my skates to enjoy the outdoor rink just down the street from the hotel. Overall the staff, room, pool, hottubs, cleanliness, location was super!! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"If you were here to ski, then you couldn’t ask for a better location. Rooms are nice size and the one I had had a small kitchenette which we didn’t use much but was very nice to have. The pub in the hotel was excellent and very lively. A good menu. The hot tub was nice and large enough for the guests that seemed to use it nightly. Some suggestions for improvement or get the keys to the doors fixed I constantly had to get my key replaced or how to do the lit around. Also, I found twice that when I was at the front desk, it was a male desk attendant, who is basically on the phone talking with friends while I stood there. That’s not good service. But overall, this place is next location and I would certainly stay here again."

"Great staff. Always made us feel welcome. The outdoor hot tub was great after a day of skiiing. They had the Holiday Bear Hunt on when we went and the children had great fun searching for them. "

"Easy check in. I checked in from the information in the text message. Upon check in, I received a call from the front desk to confirm everything was ok. If I could offer one piece of advice, the room was quite dark. Additional lighting would be great."
