Our room was nothing fancy. One bedspread had two light stains on it and the coffee table was completely scratched up. On another note the room was spacious, the view from the balcony was great, the bathtub was large, the breakfast had a variety, and was good, the staff were very very friendly, there were lots of chairs, patio umbrellas and even a bbq out back. It was very relaxing. There was no river access from the hotel, we had to kind of hike down from next door We did not use the pool or hot tub

This is an ok place if you are passing through town and need a place to crash for the night. Its right on the river and has a great view from a grassy seating area. Breakfast was a 6 out of 10. Pre formed egg patties, pre cooked sausages bagels toast and coffee. Its about a 30 minute walk to downtown- some of which is on a lovely river trail.

The pool facilities were very nice! The staff were all excellent. Breakfast area was a tiny bit cramped but the food was very good. Overall an amazing hotel with great facilities!

It was not very clean; odours were thick; there were a lot of damages in and around the property, and very few amenities offered. Even the driveway in was annoying. We were also supposed to have a kitchenette but didnt get one, and while the balcony would have been a nice feature, all the balconies were so close together that there was zero privacy. Plus, the staff was clear that there was no smoking on the balcony but it didnt stop the other guests from blazing away letting clouds of pot coming in as we tried to sleep. If it's just one night and you dont need to eat or shower and dont have allergies then the place might be okay. Otherwise pay the extra for something cleaner.

Comfortable place to stay

Loved this comfortable motel for a one night road trip stop. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. Easy parking and helpful staff.
