The hotel itself is old. Has had some basic renovations over the years. A lot of visible wear and tear. Bed was comfortable enough for 1 night. There was hockey tournament in hotel - lots of kids - lots of hall noise. Turned the AC fan on all night to drown out the hall noise it worked pretty good. Overall I would not stay here again, but only because I think there are better options that offer better value and include breakfast. Pool hours also are not great mostly because other rooms look out onto pool. So imgours are 10am to 10pm. No option for an early swim.

It was exactly what I needed for a 2 nights stay for skiing. I stayed during the winter months. I booked the morning I arrived and still got a reduced price. This would not be possible during the summer. It’s great to have a bar in the hotel and a 24 hr Denny restaurant. The rare indoor pool/hot tub was perfect after skiing. Other hotels offering this is more expensive. A cafe would be great for chilling around the hotel…this is not a complaint. They a large gym and a small floor hockey rink for kids. This is would be great for families with young ones. This is a basic and priced well hotel that works for me. Cheers

The guy working front desk was great!! Very fast and knowledgeable! The room was sweltering hot so the heat had to be turned off and a window opened right away. The bed was nice and comfy room was decently clean. The room was right beside and exit door for the stairs and there was 6 hockey teams there so the noise from running up and down stairs and doors opening and slamming shut because there is no slow closing mechanism on any of the doors for room or exit doors kept me up all night. Trying to make coffee in a tiny little machine that is plugged into an extension cord and shoved in the back corner of the cabinet was not easy so I unplugged and moved to the bathroom so I could see what I was doing..
