Beautiful property. Great staff, restaurants are wonderful on the property. The garlic bread (garlic focaccia) is so craveable, we wish it could be delivered and we’re in Chicago. This hotel feels like a resort, would definitely go back. Would go to Shreveport specifically to stay at Live!

I enjoyed my stay however I was not told that the security deposit was $150 dollars! I was aware of the $17.95 resort fee but at check in I had to pay about $170 dollars! This should have been disclosed!

Free valet parking. So nice to not have to drag luggage across parking lot. So new and bright. Wish would get rid of smoking in casino before it becomes a stinking ash tray like the other casinos in town. Extremely friendly staff everywhere we went. Great event center. Clean fresh room with the most comfy beds. Maintenance showed up to fx a small problem in a very efficient time span.

Our bellhop was great!! The room was clean and comfortable. Concert venue is awesome except for security who told me to go back to my seat (I was taking pictures at the stage) but allowed many others to stay. Let us have fun girl!!! Casino is clean, Sportsbar had good food choices, reasonably priced.
