Impressive hotel in every way. The front desk staff are outstanding and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The handicap room was fully accessible and gorgeous. The bed was a 10 thank God - everything about the hotel is first rate and will be the only place we stay in Shreveport in the future.

Great room there were three of us and it was not crowded at all lots of room. My only suggestion is in the casino. You need to have a drink station for tea, coffee, and soft drinks that people can get to you get on a machine you don’t wanna get up and you’re so thirsty and there’s not enough waitresses

No hot water the first night. Noisy all day and night. Room over the ac units. Room floor not clean and bathroom floor was nasty. Not a good stay at all. Beds so low it was hard to get in and out of. Worst stay ever.

Breakfast wasn't included in the stay, but I'm sure it was a restaurant within the casino area that served Breakfast. Upon going into the room after checking in, it was several room keys left behind from previous guest from the 11-20-25. On the nightstand and tv stand. Also, one of the beds looked like someone had laid in it. So I'm not sure if the room was properly cleaned or not. But that was my only concern. Other than that, everything else was good.
