The feont desk personnel were friendly and professional. The room was on spotless. The amenyies were appreciated. Cross the street with a boardwalk, which allowed myself in my service dog.A nice view of the bay and surrounding area.

When we got to the hotel room there were brown stains ontop of the blanket. Side of bathtub was broken. Tubs drain didn’t have a plug. Lifted the cover of the sofa bed and there was mouse poop all over it as well as large pee stains. The actual bed had blood stains on it. Went speak to the receptionist to try to get another room and she was VERY RUDE!

Room needed some work mainly painting. Bathroom needs most of the work. Door needs a new hinge the bathroom trim needs painting. The carpet needs to be replaced badly. I would stay there again, but I don’t know if the rest of the hotel is like this room or if it was just this room room number 504. I do like to layout where you have a room when you first walk in with the TV then a little hallway and a bedroom I do like the way that
