From the customer service at the restaurants, poolside, coffee bar, and front desk to the valet team, everyone was exceptional. "The property was very clean . Nice clubhouse, coffee in lobby. My only issue is the pool wasn't very clean. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Also, the 19 bus is a half block away on Herman St. It will take you to downtown area a few blocks from 5th and Broadway."
