"I love this hotel"

"For a hotel so close to Times Square, there was little noise heard in the room. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and plenty of food. The elevators were a nightmare. One was apparently down. The hotel uses the system where you enter your floor on a pad, and you are then directed to a particular elevator. Some elevators ended up being overcrowded while other left with few people on them. You have to build in travel time get to and from your room because elevators take forever to arrive, and you may have to wait for the next one due to how full the arriving one is. It's a shame because this is a great property otherwise."

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"

"For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable."

"Staff was welcoming as always! Every time we come to the city, we always stay here for the convenience of distance to Penn and MSG! We’ve been staying here since 2022 for concerts and I can’t say enough about how nice everyone always is and the comfort of the stay!"

"I stayed at this hotel every week for about 4 months because of my job. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s close to everything. Grand Central Terminal is right next door. Times Square is in walking distance. The subway, metro north and the Long Island Railroad is next door. 5 th avenue is one block away. This hotel is a little dated and could use some renovations. The furniture is a little old. This hotel is a little pricey but the location is excellent."
