A nice visit to Austin

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and confortable. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel. My wife and I went to the bar last night and waited at the bar while the bartender and another worker looked straight at us several times and never said a word. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes. Customer service is so important. Just acknowledging us would have worked

The property itself is pleasant, but a major concern is the lack of security cameras outside the building. Unfortunately, our truck was stolen from the parking lot, and without any camera footage, there was no way to investigate the incident. The hotel's interior is clean and well-maintained, although some upgrades could be beneficial, such as replacing the torn couches in the pool area. Safety is a top priority, and in this case, it was compromised. I wish this hotel would invest in a security system and cameras. Having to deal with a security issue while traveling with a 1-year-old and a 4-month-old was incredibly stressful and unfortunate. There was no compassion from none of the hotel members, they knew what we were going through and didn’t even bother to talk to us.
