"The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and services available to guests. Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while to get a lift, and then longer to get to the floor you want as it keeps stopping. Other than that we had no issues. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were pleasant. We made use of the luggage storage which was helpful too. Overall would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again if i was ever in brussels as the location as well as all the other things i mentioned were great. "

"Fantastic stay. Really welcoming and helpful team working there and all fluent in English (my only language). Bar with 'snacks' available 24 hours was great, especially as the snacks where more like meals including Chicken Curry (delicious) and lasagne etc. The drain in my shower was very slow and did smell slightly if left for a while with the window closed and fan off, otherwise would have been full 5 stars. Everything else clean and well looked after. Would definitely use Ibis again."

"Staff was great. food, drinks and food server/bartender was excellent. Would not walk to far from the hotel at night, we walked about half a mile to find a convenient store and was surprised how uncomfortable we felt even during the day. Only stayed one night (planned that way) so didnt leave the hotel after that walk."

"Staff is incredible. Great location for us to see my fiancés boys. Super friendly and option of breakfast too. Had a nice meal in room and they gave us plates and utensils. Very accommodating. Not to mention, the price is great!"

"Not as it seems. listing says 3rd floor but is the 4th so be ready to climb some stairs & be careful coming down said stairs w.heavy luggage. Only 1 bedroom is accessible in a reasonable manner. You have to climb a ladder to get to the attic/loft bed. It’s very unsafe. Its wide open up there & getting back down the ladder is a nightmare. There’s no way you can get a suitcase up there. The other bedroom has no electrical outlets to plug in a charger or sleep apnea machine. The fridge is turned off so if you have something to keep cold you will have to wait You must remove your shoes when entering. There is NO parking available AT ALL so be prepared to walk. You can’t exit the building or apt without a key You can’t eat where you want because they are worried about you staining their furniture. They tell you you’d better be out on time or “they’ll know very easily”. If none of these things bother you, have at it - the bed was very comfortable. You might want to bring your own towels - theirs are small and older. When we called the landlord he said parking wasn’t his problem. When we mentioned the loft bed he said you made a reservation for 2 people & the lower level bed fits 2 people. He should not assume 2 colleagues will sleep together On a good note, The view from the window in the morning allows you to see a beautiful sunrise. We rented for 2 nights but left after 1."
