Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room dirty, the bathroom was full of hair on the floor and the sink was clogged. The sheet was full of hair. The building seems under renovation because the area near to our room is under renovation. In any case the floor was full of debris from the renovation. Very noisy even at night because school groups are frequented.

The bedroom was dirty when we arrived. It had dust. Something else is that we had to wait for three hours to be able to enter our bedroom. Additionally, the food doesn't have enough options for people who have allergies(gluten-free, dairy-free). The rest is ok!
