Perfect location next to the auto route, the stadium, Atomium and 2 metro stations. Rooms are great for a few nights stay. Breakfast choice is not huge but what there is, is good. Staff were great. Bars and restaurants & suoper market nearby.

The front desk attendant didn’t see my hotels.com reservation in her computer and charged me twice. She gave me 60 euros to make up for the 79 euros she charged me directly from the hotel not online purchase.

Easy check-in, safe parking and welcoming staff. The way to get out was blocked by the laundry van so we had to wait - reception said a few mins, we went back to ask after 10+ mins and asked if the van can be moved and they said no just wait until they go. Very inconvenient and frustrating being stuck with no consideration for guests

Hotel was basic and fine for a few days while visiting Brussels. For the price you get what you pay for. Internet kicks you out but you just log back in and the speed and connection was good.

One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded

Déception par rapport aux photos et au prix payé. Le personnel est accessible mais certaines remarques ont été maladroites. La chambre est vieillotte et assez petite suffisante pour une nuit. La propreté est correcte mais minimale. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix. Le détecteur de fumée était également recouvert d’un sac plastique ce qui est surprenant. Points positifs : la localisation, la salle de sport et le parking accessible.

nous avons apprécié particulièrement la possibilité d'accéder facilement et gratuitement à un parking sécurisé. La proximité de l'arrêt de tram est un plus. la présence d'une personne veillant la nuit est rassurante et précieuse. l'ensemble de la prestation était parfaite pour nous, y compris le petit déjeuner. enfin la possibilité de profiter du petit salon à côté de la réception est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.
