Despite turning the television volume to its maximum setting, it remained silent. We contacted the hotel management and were informed that the issue was widespread throughout the building. They were actively working on resolving the matter. Consequently, we were unable to utilize the television during our stay from Friday to Sunday. The hotel premises were aesthetically pleasing and immaculately maintained. We had a partial view of the ocean, but unfortunately, there was no pool available. For breakfast we were presented with a limited menu of four options. While the hotel provided a serene and modern atmosphere, the absence of entertainment options, particularly the television, rendered our stay unsatisfactory. Consequently, we awarded the hotel three stars, despite the late checkout offered to us, which we did not fully utilize due to our desire to depart promptly.

The hotel is very modern and has a beach house feel to it. All rooms come with rainfall and detachable shower heads. What’s also really is great is the boardwalk is right off the entrance of the hotel restaurant, which had great food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I were in town for a concert at Boardwalk Hall and couldn’t wait to try the new Seahaus Hotel. We were not disappointed! Everything felt very new, modern, and clean. The front desk staff, especially David, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Direct boardwalk access meant an easy walk to the concert venue instead of worrying about transportation. The room was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the shower experience. Complimentary coffee and mini fridge in the room; no microwave. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu but is very convenient and offers a lovely view of the boardwalk. Our breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious, and our server, Shanna, was great. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and return, however there are a few items keeping it from a 5 star review. First of all, the parking garage is lacking. Too few spots and what they have are small and make for tight parking. For what it’s worth, the hotel does their best to remedy this by offering discounted parking at the Tropicana garage a couple blocks away. Second, our room was near the elevator and its loud dinging could be heard at all hours and woke us many times. The rooms aren’t very soundproof. Lastly, the bathroom door slides open and closed, and leaves a gap even when thoroughly closed, meaning you never have full privacy in there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the Seahaus and hope to stay there on our next AC adventure!

I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was nice, the view beautiful and the room was nice. The bathroom is a bit small though. Sink area is tiny. Parking was also ok. It definitely shouldn’t be a $20 a day fee though. The downside is I was billed my $778 price from Expedia and $794 from Seahaus on my Amex. Now I have to deal with fighting being double charged. That ruined the total experience for me. I would also like to mention during check in there was nobody at the desk for at least 10 minutes. Then the person was not dressed professionally. Everytime I came down the day I checked in people were waiting to be checked in by an empte station. I didn’t care for that all.
