The apartment offers a beautiful open concept kitchen and living area, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Every inch of this space has thoughtful aesthetic with our guests comfortability in mind!
Come stay at the James Suite One! A Beautiful 2nd floor, brand new, luxury 2 bedroom apartment, a block from the beach and the boardwalk!
This unit is ADA compliant.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
-The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample cabinets and counter space, bar stools for seating, stocked with an abundance of kitchenware and a dual coffee machine.
-There is a dining table to enjoy meals.
LIVING ROOM:
-The living room has a Full Sized sleeper sofa for guests (the bed pulls out of the sofa).
-The living room has a TV (no cable, just streaming apps)
BEDROOM 1:
-Queen Size Bed with a closet and a TV

BATHROOM:
-Spacious full bathroom with a walk in shower.

While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues.
