Despite being in a rough spot of town, staff was friendly. It appeared they were updating some rooms. Room smelled a little funky. Beach and boardwalk were a stones throw away. Would not necessarily recommend staying with young children. But we were never bothered. By other guests or people in the neighborhood.

Convenient for the Boardwalk and located close to Resorts, I was impressed by this property. Room was clean and well lit. Both room and bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished. Checkin was efficient and staff friendly. Little external noise and the outside areas were clean and well maintained.

This hotel was horrible! Not clean at all. Not to mention, wholes and black stains on the bedsheets. The shower floor had black marks. The towels provided smells like moldy water. We had to buy towels from the boardwalk to use. We requested a non smoking room (which we were given) but it wrenked of heavy cigarette smell.

The room was not clean. Weed roaches aganist wall, red stains everywhere and didn't smell to good either. There was a girl walking around outside came in lobby and started messing with ice machine and playing with the ice.. My friend got a room and she had blood spots on sheets. The best part was the balcony and view from there. That's where we chilled until we left.
