Review

1413 Sand Castle is just a wonderful property in so many ways. Its location is ideal. The interior is so clean and fresh that it felt like we were the first people to rent. The pool is simply a unique feature vs other OC rentals. Owner Gina could not have been more communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place

This was our first time in OC. This is a beautiful condo right on the beach and boardwalk. Great location. We found people taking pictures of the place as they walked by. We like vacationing with family and friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was super clean and very comfortable. Gina was a great host super responsive and there wasnt a thing she didn't think off. Even all the small details were covered making it a great place to stay.
