When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. The renovations are nice, however it is an older hotel and some areas still feel worn. Parking lot was very tight and basically rubble. I would stay again but only in the off season.

The room with the bunk bed has no lights which is strange. There were stains in the chairs and the couch we didn't even sit on them unless we had towels down. The kitchen mat was so disgusting too. The TV's were large and nice and the air conditioning was great. Also bizarre was the hotel office is only open from 10am-5pm. When we got there, we had to a call a number or if I needed something after 6pm there was no one there. We only had one half roll of TP when we got there and had to wait for someone to be in the office to get some. Very strange for a hotel who should have someone there around the clock.
